The Maisonnette Deluxe for 3 persons (75m²) is divided into two floors. The apartment consists of a living room on the ground floor with open design kitchen. On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a king-size double bed and separate single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The Maisonnettes Deluxe are situated on various locations throughout the building but always on the first floor and accessible by stairs only.

Design has been implemented to the smallest detail; The hand of designer Wiel Arets you can see back in the cupboards that have been executed to his design, the Vitra dining table chairs and the lighting of floss. The epoxy flooring has a climate system.
