The maisonettes (65²) are divided into two floors: a living room with open design kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom. The maisonettes are located on the first floor at the back side of the building and accessible by stairs only.

Design has been implemented to the smallest detail; The hand of designer Wiel Arets you can see back in the cupboards that have been executed to his design, the Vitra dining table chairs and the lighting of floss. The epoxy flooring has a climate system.
