Directions
Urban Residences Rotterdam is located in the heart of Rotterdam and is about 45 minutes driving from Schiphol airport and is about 10 minutes from Rotterdam The Hague Airport. There are also direct trains and public transport from each airport to Rotterdam center. Amsterdam is just under an hour driving and Maastricht is around 2hours 30 minutes.
If you’re arriving into Rotterdam by train, we are located only 900m from the train station and will take approximately 10 minutes walking.
We are also well connected by Rotterdam city public transport. Metro (lines A,B,C,D,E), bus (lines 891, 892, B11) and by Tram (lines 8, 12, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25).

Parking
Urban Residences Rotterdam has indoor parking facilities. The parking garage is located on the Hennekijnstraat. If you stand right in front of the main entrance, you will see on the left side four posts with two large elevator doors, this is the entrance to our garage. You must use our car elevator 4.90 x 2.00 x 2.40 (length x width x height) (maximum weight 3000 kg). To gain access to the parking lot, call the reception desk when you are in front of the elevator doors with your car; +31(0)10 414 3299.
The elevator will automatically go to the correct floor. There are numbers on the parking spaces however you can park anywhere you wish.
We also have charging points for the car of Blue Current. You can use this with a European charging card. If you want to use this, please mention this when you call the reception.
They will make sure you go to the right floor. If you have not reserved the parking in advance, this is also possible at check-in. Ask for it at our reception (note this is only possible during reception opening hours). Costs for the parking are €27.50 per day.
