The Family Suite XL (93m²) is an apartment on 1 floor and features a large living room with open design kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double kingsize bed and separate single bed and luxury bathroom with shower. The comfortable sleeper sofa in de living room kan be configured to a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), making this suite suited for a total of 5 adults. The family suite xl is located on the lowest floor on the back side of the building, half a floor below entrance level (souterrain).

The interior design has closets built after a design by Wiel Arets, Vitra dining-room furniture and lighting by Flos. The epoxy floors are equipped with underfloor heating and cooling.
